 ARR Spend Management Solutions was formed in 2007 by David Turner who identified a gap in the market to provide spend management solutions to companies with up to 2500 employees. More importantly technology such as eProcurement has, to date, been outside of the reach of companies in this segment. ARR Spend Management Solutions provides no risk entry into eProcurement. Coupled with ARR’s Ready2Buy offering this gives companies with up to 2500 employees an opportunity to get control and proactively manage their spend as well as making significant savings. With over 25 years purchasing, supply management and eProcurement experience gained in a wide variety of market sectors including Financial Services, Construction, Housing and IT. David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and MBA qualified. ARR Spend Management Solutions has other Purchasing and Supply associates aligned to the company and is also actively developing an in-house ARR team who will extend further the support and delivery of spend management solutions.
