Our approach on vendor partners is to select those that give overall best value on a life cost basis. That does not necessarily mean the ‘cheapest’ but will take recognition of purchase cost, guarantees, payment terms, quality of goods and services provided and ongoing support. Key performance indicators ( KPI’s) are established with each of our Vendor Partners to ensure that best value is delivered allowing you to concentrate on operating your businesses without the need to worry about third party suppliers. We will manage the relationship with our partner vendors and link this to regular feedback from your staff on Vendor Partners to ensure that we (and you) have the whole picture on performance.
